Welcome to another school year.…and to another Jewish New Year !
Rosh Hashannah begins this coming Wednesday evening, October 2nd, bringing in the Jewish year 5785.
It’s a festival that focusses on our potential to grow as people, both spiritually and in terms of the good we can do in this world .And let’s not forget the importance of eating lots of apples and honey for a Sweet and Happy New Year !

This new school year- the 11th year of Judaism for Schools- is shaping up to be a busy one .
A visit up to Peterborough to work with the 4 schools that make up the Spirit Foundation was a great way to connect with pupils outside of the South East.
Meanwhile, my diary is full of bookings from my loyal regular schools as well as several new places too.

Wishing all visitors to this site a Happy , Meaningful and Peaceful New ( School) Year !

Ruth
