Autumn 2019
Thanks to all my schools and colleges for making this term the busiest ever !
By the end of term Judaism for Schools will have worked with over 6800 students, in 22 schools and colleges.
The Judaism for Schools family is growing and growing ; we’ve received such a warm and enthusiastic welcome across London and beyond. Pupils and staff in Islington, Camden, Tower Hamlets, Hammersmith, Harrow, Barnet, Haringey, Weybridge, Dorking, Kensington, Marylebone,Wandsworth and Hertfordshire have responded with open hearts and enquiring minds, finding out more about the Jewish faith and discovering just how many values our faiths’ share.
We have delivered sessions covering the GCSE syllabus, as well as working with nurseries, Foundation Stage, and Key Stage 1 , 2 and 3 !
We have also been busy with interfaith and community projects, visiting Cambridge mosque and continuing our work with Nissa Nashim, the Jewish/Muslim Women’s network, as well as delivering INSET training.
Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas !
Looking forward to a productive 2020 !
